Today’s Deal is on the Google WiFi single Access Point, which will give you Wi-Fi access throughout most homes & apartments.  Right now the single unit is on sale for $99, a savings of $30.

If you have a home or apartment that is 1500 square feet or less, the single should do the job for you.  No need to overbuy.  Over that and up to 4500 square feet, the 3-Pack is what you need for your home.  That is also on sale at $269.  The nice thing is, if you get a single and add more later, it is easy to add the new ones to the network via the Google WiFi app on your Android phone or iPhone.

Today’s Deal over at Amazon is a great one if you are needing to pick up an external power pack for your devices.  Today you can pick up the Anker PowerCore 26800mAh External Battery Pack for $41.99, a savings of 58% off the regular $99.99 price tag.  As the name suggests, this power pack has a 26800mAh battery in it so you can easily charge most phones 6-7 times before having to recharge it.  You can charge most tablets twice with it.  It has three USB-A ports so you can use it with really anything out there:  MicroUSB, USB-C (A to C cable) and an Apple Lightening cable.  It is designed to work with any device and get you powered up and going again.  It also is in a small package.  It measures 7″ in length and only 3.2″ in width so it is easy to put into a handbag or backpack.

While the PowerCore 26800 doesn’t support Quick Charge, it does have Anker’s own PowerIQ and VoltageBoost technologies in it to provide a steady and fast charge to devices.  It has a maximum output of 6 amps with a maximum of 3 amps per port.

Today’s Deal is on the fun and solid performing Nextbit Robin.  Today, over at Amazon you can still pick up the Nextbit Robin for $129 in either Mint or Midnight colors.   I reviewed the Robin a few months ago and at the time I said it was a pretty good deal at $299.  At $129, it is one of the best deals on a phone with these specs out there right now.  The phone has been down as low as $149 over the past few months so this is a further savings on a phone that is now running Android Nougat 7.1.

For those that don’t recall, the Nextbit Robin has some great features and offers a unique device-meets-cloud storage solution.  It has 32GB of onboard storage merged with 100 GB online storage, so you always have the space you need. Today’s Deal over at Amazon is on a handy accessory for home or when you are traveling.  The Anker dual-port USB wall charger allows you to charge two devices at once and works worldwide so it can be the once travel charger you carry with you.  Normally it is $19.99 but right now it is only $9.99 and they work with any Android device or an iPhone.  The charger has Anker’s PowerIQ and VoltageBoost maximize charging speed up to 2.4 amps per port.  It does not support Quick Charge but it will be efficient about charging your devices.

Like other Anker products, the company backs up this charger with an 18 month warranty and since it is through Amazon, if you buy it and it isn’t right for you, there is a 30 day return policy.  As  readers will know, I never hesitate in recommending Anker products.  They are well built and last.
