For those of you who are waiting for your invite to come up to order a OnePlus 2, there is good news coming on Monday, October 12th. For one hour on Monday, OnePlus will have an open sale on the OnePlus 2, the latest offering from the company. Orders are limited to 2 devices in that hour long sale (although there is no mention of limits to orders you can place) and the sale does not require you have an invitation. In fact, be clear on this folks: The price won’t be discounted. You are just getting the opportunity to buy the OnePlus 2 instead of waiting in the invite queue.
The OnePlus 2 has hailed as the Flagship Killer of 2016 and while it certainly has great specs, there are a few key things missing from the device, most notably NFC. Couple that with the less-than-

stellar rollout of the device (something the company did not learn from the OnePlus One) and reception and patience with the company is a bit thin at the moment. That said, the OnePlus 2 is a great device and if you can live without NFC, there are some wonderful features of the device that make it a powerhouse for many users.

If you have been considering getting a OnePlus 2, Monday will be your best shot. And yes, you can almost certainly expect a delay from the time you order until the time you receive the device as inventory is still pretty low.
