Today over at Amazon, you can pick up an amazing deal on the original Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL phones. The 2016 flagship phones on the Google store front have been refurbished and come with a 90 day warrant. This all adds up to some outstanding prices. Here are some highlights of the deals:
- Pixel with 32GB of storage in Very Silver for $210.79
- Pixel XL with 32GB of storage in Very Silver for $243.99
- Pixel with 32GB of storage in Really Blue for $214.99
- Pixel XL with 32GB of storage in Really Blue for $247.99
- Pixel with 128GB of storage in Quite Black for $279.15
- Pixel XL with 128GB of storage in Quite Black for $329.99
All of these prices are huge savings from the original retail prices for these phones and are substantially less than previous sales on refurbished models.
All of the phones are sold unlocked so you can use them with pretty much any GSM carrier out there like AT&T, T-Mobile, and of course, Google’s own Project Fi. Both the 32GB and the 128GB variants of the Pixel XL will also work with Verizon according to the product listings.
Despite the fact these phone are pushing two years old, they are still great options for those looking for a flagship without the flagship price. Originally, these phones shipped with Android Nougat and were upgraded last year to Android Oreo when it was released. Both phones are set to get Android P when it is released later this year (I’m currently running the latest beta on my Pixel XL).
The prices on these phones will be while supplies last so if you are wanting to pick one of them up, it is better to do it now versus later. This is particularly true if you wanted to pick up the Really Blue variant. Those always go fast and will again at these prices.
