A small but handy new feature has come to Google Image search on mobile devices. The feature shows you the image title or the page title where the image is found in the search results.
If you go to google.com/images and do a search, you will now see the image title or page title as well as the URL in which it is found. There is nothing that you need to do on this as it is a cloud-side change.
While for common objects or scenes an image title may not be needed, for more obscure searches or for searches of things that look similar to each other, the ability to see the image title can help save time when it comes to finding the right image.
This new feature is enabled now so as long as you do a search for images at google.com/images from your mobile browser, you should see the new image labels appear within your search results.
